If you’ve been feeling stuck, inconsistent, or like you need something to help you finally follow through, the 21-Day Strong Start Challenge is designed to help you build strength, healthy habits, and confidence in a way that feels doable and motivating.

Inside my coaching app, you’ll have everything laid out for you step by step so you can stop guessing and start making progress.

What your weeks will look like

  • 3 guided dumbbell strength workouts
  • 2 guided bodyweight cardio workouts
  • 1 live strength workout with me each week
  • recovery and walking or running sessions to help you stay moving and consistent

the leaderboard & how the challenge works

As you complete workouts, track habits, and follow through on your daily goals, you’ll earn points that move you up the board. It’s a great way to stay motivated, build momentum, and enjoy a little friendly competition with the group.

Here’s how points are earned:

  • Workout completed = 25 points
  • Cardio activity completed = 25 points
  • Daily habit completed = 20 points
  • Daily nutrition goal hit = 20 points
  • Personal best set = 10 points

Each of these can be counted once per day, which keeps the challenge simple, fair, and focused on consistency.

The goal is for everyone to work toward 1,000 points by the end of the 21 days.

All workouts are designed to be done at home, take about 20–45 minutes, and are appropriate for a variety of fitness levels.
