Summer 2026 Beginner 5K Program

Whether you’re brand new to running or coming back after a long break, the Summer 2026 Beginner 5K Program is your invitation to show up for yourself this season—and cross the finish line with confidence.

Led by certified running coach Misty from Miles With Misty, this supportive 6–8 week beginner 5K training programis designed specifically for true beginners and returning runners who want structure, accountability, and a welcoming community.

If you’re located in Valparaiso, Hobart, Crown Point, Merrillville, Schererville, Dyer, or nearby, we’d love to have you join us in person. If you’re remote, ask about virtual options.
